The steel balls inside respond to even the smallest movement, which makes the training feel more dynamic than static. I’ve only used them for a week, but the immediate sensation is surprisingly pleasant, and I’m already noticing better control.

The steel balls really do respond to movement—I can feel them shifting with every step, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Three weeks in and I’m already noticing better control during the day. Honestly, the whole routine feels less like a chore and more like a little secret workout.

The steel balls moving inside the silicone give a surprisingly dynamic buzz with every step, almost like a built-in reminder to squeeze. I've only used it a few days, but the finish is so smooth and body-friendly that the "immediate enjoyment" part felt very real from the first session.
